Sukho Cuisine is a renowned culinary school in Koh Lanta, Thailand, offering enthusiasts an introduction to the art of Thai gastronomy.
It offers interactive workshops suitable for both locals and international visitors, led by experienced chefs who are fluent in English.
Participants can choose between day or evening classes, with a unique option to visit the local market to select fresh ingredients.
Each session teaches how to prepare three traditional dishes, ranging from savory appetizers to refined main courses, as well as fragrant soups.
The school also offers fruit and vegetable carving classes, where students learn cutting techniques and the art of culinary presentation. The courses are designed for small groups (up to 10 people), ensuring an immersive and friendly experience.
Fruit and Vegetable Carving Programs:
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
The market visit and lunch preparation take place from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Dinner preparation takes place from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
